Welcome to Saruxena. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services offered by Saruxena via saruxena.com, effective 2025.
1. Services Overview
Saruxena specializes in real estate deal processing, including document preparation, transaction coordination, and due diligence support.
2. Digital Information Products
Saruxena offers courses, guides, and templates in digital format to support efficient management of real estate transactions.
3. Physical Goods
Physical items such as printed manuals, binders, and office supplies may be offered to assist in real estate deal processing.
4. Payment Terms
All fees must be settled before the start of services or delivery of digital products and physical goods. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Services
To reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Refund requests for services must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided no substantial work has commenced. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Certain bespoke or expedited services are non-refundable once work has begun due to the custom nature and immediate allocation of resources. In such cases, you may request a credit toward future services.
5.2 Digital Information Products
Digital products are accessible immediately after purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After this period, all sales are final, as access is granted instantly and usage may not be reversible.
5.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Approved returns will be credited within 14 business days of receipt.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or an error was made by Saruxena. Upon inspection, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Saruxena’s maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product at issue.
